The Free Energy Revolution

We are all water and energy in motion. We are composites and derivatives of each other. We learn from each other. We’re quantum entangled to each other. We are like a quilted fabric of one big family story!

Our bodies and brains are organisms that we are continuing to fully understand. Why do we do what we do? Say what we say? Believe what we believe? The advancement of technology, science, and artificial intelligence has not only led to progress in the physical realm, it has also led to an advancement in consciousness as to understanding who we are.

Our souls are now able to take the metaphors around these new developments and use them as concepts to understand our own reality. The universe is fractal. That means it is also metaphorical! We live in a poetic, mathematical, sacred reality.

With the development of artificial intelligence, we are now being able to see our own selves reflected back to us. How do we feel, think, behave, and why? What decisions do we make and why? This is actually one big experiment in Truth disguised under technology!

It is also metaphorical in that we too reflect each other back to each other! It is the universe seeking to understand itself. What is a woman? A man? Somebody from Malaysia? A Buddhist? A business person? What do they believe? How do they act? Why?

In this Great Era of Oneness where we are all connected to each other for the first time in history thanks to technology, we are now able to begin the Great Work of Love. Who do you not understand? Who do you seek to forgive? Where are you still not accepting of yourself?

There is a term used in the healing world called “mirroring” that is very helpful to begin this journey. For instance, what we reject in somebody else, we typically reject in ourselves. What we judge in others, we judge in ourselves. This is why Jesus said, Love your neighbor as yourself.

If you feel somebody is selfish, how are you selfish? If you feel somebody is rude, how are you rude? These questions are about building compassion for yourself and others and raising your consciousness level so you are aware of your patterns rather than your patterns robotically and unconsciously overtaking you.

To heal, it is recommended one look at where they are not kind, gentle, and loving towards themselves or others. We take on societal norms and ancestral histories that tell us what is good or bad, and we internalize these messages. We listen to television, idolize politicians and celebrities, and take on the perspectives of those around us. We are like sponges!

To decondition yourself, to break free of thoughts that are harmful, one must be conscious and aware. You can live like a robot your whole life if you do not question your world and the reality around you. If you want to be a human, you must start to feel.

This is when you can begin to “wake up” to what is True or not for you. You can begin to live from you heart and make entirely new decisions that are more healthy and aligned with your soul. This is why Jesus said,

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world — the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life — is not of the Father but is of the world.

The addictions of the world are not of God. If one truly wishes to be free, one must question their entire identity and society. What are you consuming? What are you surrounding yourself with? What are you believing? Who are you following? Who and what are your false idols?

Carl Jung talked about the “persona” people put up, or a mask they wear, to cover their true inner self. They become mechanical agents of the system, acting how they think they should to get liked, rather than being true to their hearts and acting from a place of authenticity.

To break free, one must be brave and challenge their entire conceptual reality. You must question your family, society, the world, your mind. Jesus said,

You cannot be my disciple, unless you love me more than you love your father and mother, your wife and children, and your brothers and sisters. You cannot follow me unless you love me more than you love your own life.

This is because God’s Love is the only True Love. It is unconditional. Human unconscious patterned tendencies are towards conditional or exchange-based love. To receive God’s love, we must empty ourselves of what we have been told not to love, and fill ourselves with the Truth of the Divine Love of God. What we judge and feel guilty about comes from our past. When we forgive, we Love, we move forward, we move towards God.

Another helpful term in the healing world to help you along this path is called a “shadow.” This is something that is hidden in your subconscious that you are not aware of. It is something you reject or fear.

A shadow, for instance, could be a pattern that is quite ugly that you do not like in your parents, and that you deny that you actually also have in yourself. You may be overly harsh towards your son like your father was to you. Once you start to recognize it, you can change it. Honesty is the first step!

Shadows can also be characteristics that you hide because you believe they are not good due to some norm or rule of society or family. This could mean you deny your more playful side out of fear of being disliked. Awareness of this missing part of you is the first step towards becoming Whole. Embracing your True Self is the journey of Your Soul!

When we are not conscious of our shadows, we get triggered, we react, and we project. We say “it’s them” and galvanize our egos around hatred to feel good about ourselves, when in reality, we have repressed the same thing we are fighting against in somebody else.

Take the unfortunate pattern of Catholic priests molesting little boys. There is a great fear of homosexuality in the church, yet it exists within the highest echelons. Paradoxical? When we repress our shadows, they can come out in the most egregious of ways. When we face them honestly, we can be conscious of them, we love and heal them, make necessary changes, and move forward in healthy ways aligned with the Truth of God.

We will be faced with the same patterns and predicaments until we face the parts of ourselves we have disowned and come into truth, nonjudgment, acceptance, and love. You cannot hide from your shadows! They will come after you if you do not face them yourself!

Our bodies are organisms that have natural urges and sensations that one must be conscious of rather than repress. Feelings want to be felt! The energy must move, otherwise it gets tangled, misappropriated, confused, repressed, and distorted.

This can lead to anger, addictions, unhealthy habits, depression, anxiety, and disease. The key, then, is to bring these shadows to the Light of Awareness, to the Light of God, for healing. One must loosen the energetic chords of the body with love and forgiveness for the light to pass through.

So what can you do to move forward into greater consciousness and love? Here are some simple exercises that you can make daily habits in order to help you heal your heart and move forward into truth.

Exercise 1:

  • I judge this in someone: ________

  • How am I like this too?

  • How can I bring conscious awareness to this aspect of myself?

  • Once you become conscious of it, you can change it!

  • Can you begin to have love and compassion for yourself and that other person? This may mean going against your parents and society and who you were told to love or hate!

Exercise 2:

  • I am jealous of this in someone: _______

  • How am I repressing this aspect of myself?

  • How can I bring conscious awareness to this aspect of myself?

  • Once you become conscious of it, you can change it or become it! Be brave and step into the fresh territory of your soul!

Exercise 3:

  • Where are you not loving or kind to yourself or others?

  • Bring awareness to these thoughts

  • Realize they are conditionings and patterns from society, family, friends. Pinpoint where they came from — your father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, a friend, a teacher, a coach?

  • These thoughts are not You! They are robotic, carried down through ancestral and cultural lines, meant for you to heal in yourself so you do not pass it down to your children and future generations. Can you forgive this tangled web of cause and effect and move forward with understanding and love?

  • Remember, You are Love, You are Your Heart, You are Your Soul. When you meditate, you Become the Observer, you realize these thoughts are not you! You are the Stillness and Love that underlies the currents. We are all Heavenly at origin.

Exercise 4:

  • Meditate upon where you were told not to feel as child.

  • Bring a safe space to the child so they feel comfortable opening up to you.

  • Allow the feelings to arise.

  • Give the child what he or she needs in that instance.

  • Bring in your Higher Self for wisdom, healing, forgiveness, understanding, and love to transpire!

  • Make sure the child feels loved and safe before leaving the meditation.

Why do this work? Self awareness leads to self compassion and self acceptance so you can do the same for your neighbor.

When you’re living unconsciously, you do and say many things you regret. The energy comes out in chaotic, hectic ways. Your ego tries to justify your behavior to save your sense of self. It takes true honesty to Become the Light of Your Heart!

When you’re living unconsciously, you also can be easily swayed one way or another. You can get into the habit of blaming others for what “they” are doing to you, rather than stepping into empowerment. This is why shadow work is important so you can be fully aware of your own patterns and conditionings and take ownership to create new neural pathways.

Shadow work leads to a confidence that is not of the ego (which is actually insecurity wearing a mask) but rather is a truthful expression of Who You Are. There are no longer hidden secrets or shadows you are afraid or ashamed of. You are free! What is more attractive than a person who is Fully Loving of themselves and others?

You may also become more creative and intuitive. You may discover new strengths and talents. You may experience more mature relationships. Once your energy field opens up to love, the opportunities are boundless! Your health and wellbeing may improve. You may take on new habits. You may become increasingly clear and centered. As your energy is no longer going in chaotic directions but is laser focused towards God, you are no longer “dual minded” so you have more energy to put towards the truth of your heart.

Ultimately, you will become more compassionate and forgiving, and become a more evolved soul in effect. In our One universal quilted quantum entangled reality, this means we then begin to resonate at higher frequencies with each other. We start to mirror back love to our neighbor rather than hate.

This free energy then can lead to greater cooperation and creativity on mass scales. Just imagine the energy output of hate and the destruction and heaviness it causes. Then imagine the energy output of love and the freedom and ingenuity it leads to! Can we create a world where we are all loving and free?

The Kingdom of Heaven begins with honestly facing our shadows, bringing gentleness to our disowned parts, and aligning with the innocence and truth of Love in our hearts. We then can all become a reflection of God and create a more beautiful harmonious world together.
