Buy foods that have nutrition so that you are not hungry or obese
Vinegar, biodegradable soap, tea tree oil, salt, or the like, for bathing instead of chemicals; non-toxic/no chemicals so the water stays pure and uncontaminated by chemical shampoos, conditioners, laundry detergents, and kitchen soaps
Become vegetarian or vegan, or at least try to eat less meat and diversify your diet with healthier options
However, beware of vegan organic stores that will rip you off. Cashew cheese that costs $8 is insane. Try going to your local farmer’s market. Try quinoa, kaniwa, kiwicha, or other healthy grains that are gluten-free. It may take a while to find the correct diet for you.
I believe a healthy diet consists of iron plus vitamin c for most meals, and it is most beneficial if the iron source is a complete protein (contains all 9 amino acids for your brain health). So for instance, beans with rice and vegetables is iron and complete protein, and pairing it with a fruit juice high in vitamin c will help absorb the iron. Additionally, the salt with the meal and the sugar with the fruit juice will help with your electrolyte balance.

Go on a solo retreat. Be with yourself, books, art, music. Meditate. Feel your Heart. If you’re around your friends and family all the time you will be infiltrated by societal standards that may not fit you as a unique person. You may also be tired of gossip. So, take that break for yourself and then start to decide if you need to make changes in your life.
Start an organic farm that has multiple varieties of plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and medicines. Cash crops will be a thing of the past. We need nutritional variety.
Start using Santa Maria (Cannabis for healing) and Grandfather Tobacco (to connect with Heaven) to heal yourself
Enroll your child in an alternative form of education that is more playful and creative, such as Montessori. Schools these days are like prison for many children.
Did you know that God in the Bible is actually plural? The bibles in English and Latin miss the translation. God is actually Gods, and that means both female and male. So God is also a woman. Does that help you in any way?
Be open-minded to your child being non-traditional. Or, help your child remember their cultural tradition.
How many families in poverty can you support with all of your extra income? It doesn’t have to go through the tax system. Just start sharing, giving, donating! Tip jars, buying a few extra peaches from the fruit stand lady, giving away that extra coat you don’t need anymore.
Hire somebody to help you, again, no taxes, just through cash. Cooking, cleaning, yard work. Take a load off yourself and support the immigrants. This may also help your sex life. Most Americans are overburdened with working and cleaning/cooking/yardwork/etc. So just hire some help, and then you’ll have more time for your children and your wife/husband!
Eat, sleep, and smoke before having important conversations (i.e. be as relaxed and aware as possible. Cannabis helps you relax. Tobacco helps you wake up.

How much money are you spending on plane trips to Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America? What is your pollution karma? How much do you donate to people in poverty? How much do you give to environmental organizations? Maybe begin to change your lifestyle and ways of being and giving to align with your heart and God.
If you are traveling, especially, but also always, use non-chemical soaps, shampoos, and sunscreens. Please do not pollute the beautiful pristine lands that you go to.

Do not give money or support to BlackRock, Capital Group, Vanguard or similar financial institutions that are ruining the Amazon Rainforest with mining. Did you know that you cannot get iron just by eating meat? Foods need to be combined. Iron needs to be combined with vitamin C. So, quinoa with orange juice will provide you the right combination for absorbing iron, if you are vegetarian. Tomatoes with your meat will increase your absorption of iron so you don’t have to eat as much, and we can help save the planet too. Why do people like ketchup with their disgusting factory farm hamburger at McDonald’s (personally I’ve tried to eat one and it made me want to puke and sick to my stomach…I don’t know how people are able to eat meat that contains such cruelty to animals…this patty they call “meat” is filled with chemicals and hormones and antibiotics and horrible things for your health…it really is a travesty…the FDA needs to get on this ASAP for the wellbeing of animals and health of people.) Real Meat is supposed to be paired with Real Tomatoes ~ Iron and Vitamin C for maximum absorption of nutrition.

Eat beans perhaps every day, but only a handful, or whatever your body craves. Vegetables and fruits too. Then your digestion tract will clear. If you do not eat beans, you may end up with digestive problems in the future. Start small with beans if you are afraid of the effects ~ eventually your digestive tract will be much healthier and your body will be thankful.
If you don’t like milk, don’t drink it, otherwise you are a huge asshole for having somebody or a machine take breast milk from a cow. Skim milk and 1% are not milk. 2% is a little better. Whole Milk, i.e. Real Milk is the best if you are into drinking it. The “non-fat” advertisements are a fluke. You need fat to live! If you don’t like real milk, then try oat or almond.
Also on this “non-fat” fluke, try avocado, nuts, and olive oil to get your fat intake up so you are not starving. Fat is good for you. Question everything. Do your research online.
