Seeking Collaboration for The Compassion Network
I have an idea I’d like to share and see if you would like to collaborate.
I call it The Compassion Network, but I’m open to other ideas!
The idea is to start a fund where the wealthy can give to.
There are many educated youth and heart-felt people out in the world who have dreams for a beautiful future for our planet. How can we help support their visions?
There are two programs I have in mind.
The first is:
The $2,500 Program (a stipend per month), to be used for
meditation
organic farming
entrepreneurism
artistry
music
community endeavors
helping the elderly
nutritional assistance for children
sustainability, etc.
The second is:
The $9,999 Fund for starting small organic farms
diversity beyond cash crops
local, organic, sustainable
love and care for the animals
Anybody can apply and receive the funding. It will be based upon an honor system. However, we will need to create an illustration to help them understand what impact really means. Feel free to check out this excel linear spreadsheet here I created, and perhaps somebody advanced in System Dynamics can create a circular diagram using this free Vensim program.
There will be no expectations of returns on investment. Hopefully this will give the new generation of children out there a little break from jobs they don’t enjoy, and give them inspiration for helping their communities evolve into the future and heal their hearts.
I feel like the problem with inequality in the world is that the wealthy don’t really know how or who to give to. This basic income could help improve the lives of so many people. There are many educated youth out in the world who have dreams for a beautiful future. How can we help support their visions?
There can be a community board where people post their projects. We can share stories of successful endeavors and helpful tips for getting started. This all can support and inspire a new generation of compassionate people and projects!
Here are possible descriptions of why a person may like the stipend:
“I’m exhausted and just want to live in a camper by the beach.”
“I want to start a local bakery.”
“I’m a starving artist.”
“I just want to be around bees and flowers and write poetry all day.”
“There is anemia in my community and I would like to provide the children with a healthy breakfast each day.”
“I would like to start a loving, beautiful, unique and diverse organic farm for my community.”
